RETURN POLICY

Returns / Exchanges

The User can make the change of any product in up to 7 days, from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same way it was sent and must not contain any signs of use, unless the product has some kind of defect or breakdown.

To make the return, the User must contact the Marketing Department by dialing the User service number (9838328870 from Monday to Friday - from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) where a travel guide or an account number will be provided to that you can return the product in its original packaging and without signs of use, unless the product has organoleptic defects or quality failures.

Products returned without communication with the User Service Center, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying elements / accessories, cannot be accepted.

Products delivered that have suffered the violation of our security seal during transport will be replaced without any additional charge for the User, by contacting the service center.

The change will be made in kind, on the returned products.

Returns only apply to physical products.

We reserve the right not to change any product other than the one sent by RAINFOREST CHICZA SA DE CV, or that presents clear indications of infringement and / or misuse.
