DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery times below are an estimate and apply after confirmation of payment. For the purposes of the delivery period, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. Shipments made on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and after the cut-off time (4:00 p.m.) must be considered the next business day as the “Arrival Day”.

Delivery Times Downtown

Hidalgo, Querétaro, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, State of Mexico and Mexico City from 4 to 7 business days.

Northwest Delivery Times

Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit from 4 to 14 business days.

Northeast Delivery Times

Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, Zacatecas from 4 to 9 business days.

Delivery times East

Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Colima, Michoacán from 4 to 8 business days.

Southeast delivery times

Chiapas, Campeche, Yucatán, Quintana Roo, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Tabasco from 4 to 14 business days.

Important: The courier service requires someone to receive the merchandise and sign upon receipt, 3 (three) delivery attempts will be made at different times and days, all deliveries will be daytime. If after three attempts, your order cannot be delivered, we will proceed to return the order to our logistics center where we will contact you to schedule the shipment.

Delivery times may vary to increase, due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, that is, accidents, days with rain, floods, traffic chaos, suspected fraud, strike, or any other event that prevents the service of run under normal conditions, or even in cases of temporary lack of the product in the state.

ORDER STATUS: Our internal control system automatically sends the User a summary of the current status of the request to the e-mail registered in the act of purchase.

ORDER FORWARDING: In cases of incorrect or non-existent address, absent recipient or any other case that prevents delivery, the delivery person will return the request to our Logistics Administrative Center, which will contact the User to schedule the forwarding. In these cases, the value of the forwarding service will be charged from the User.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: For greater security in the event of a claim, all requests sent are accompanied by a merchandise control label, are microfilmed and sealed. DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF VIOLATION OF THE SECURITY SEAL.
