What payment methods can I use?

Payments can be made with any credit or debit card, as well as market payment, paypal, spei, direct bank transfer.

How can I make a product return or exchange?

You can make the change of any product in up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same way in which it was sent and must not contain signs of use, unless the product presents any type of organoleptic defect or factory fault.

To return the product you must contact us by dialing the customer service number (983 832 88 70 Monday to Friday - from 9 am to 5 pm) where you will be provided with a travel guide or an account number so that you can return the product in its original packaging and without signs of use unless the product has organoleptic defects or quality failures in manufacturing.

What is a ten pack?

A ten pack is a box that contains 10 units of 30 grams or 15 grams (depending on the weight to buy).

These units contain 12 “squares” for the 30 gram format and 8 “squares” for the 15 gram format.

Can the ten packs be mixed?

The ten packs (10 units) must be of a single flavor, since we cannot open them to combine them with the flavors of Chicza. (In case you want to try all the flavors, it is recommended to buy a ten pack of each flavor).

The flavors available for Chicza in 30 grams are: Mint, peppermint, lemon, cinnamon, a mixture of blackberries and coffee.

The flavors available for Chicza in 15 grams are: Mint, Peppermint, Lemon, Cinnamon and Blackberry Mix.

The flavors available for Chicza in 4 grams are: Mint, Peppermint, Lemon, Cinnamon and Blackberry Mix.

What is a 4 gram display?

A 4 gram display is a box that contains 600 grams (approximately 150 units of Chicza in 4 grams) in mixed flavors, that is, 120 grams of each flavor.
